Please be careful...

Since my last post, life has been very very crazy. On Monday evening, my daughter, Madelyn, fell outside on the sidewalk and broke her wrist. I was coming outside to get them for bath time and she was coming up the sidewalk crying and holding her arm. My husband took her to the ER about ten minutes from us and they proceeded to tell us that they didn't think it was broken, but they would call on Tuesday after their technicians had looked at the x-rays. I had decided that I was taking her to the bone doctor in another town. Called them on Tuesday morning and we got in an hour later. He then told us that it was broken and he wanted to see her back in a week. If it was not healing properly in a week then he was going to put her to sleep and re-break it. She is in a full arm cast and will be for four-six weeks and then she will go to a below the elbow cast. In the middle of this, she started soccer and we are having to put that on hold for now and very possibly take her out. You know, you tell your kids to be careful, but accidents still happen. Right now she is very concerned about being able to have her pool party for her birthday in June. I told her I don't think it will be a problem, but she does. Well on to other great things about the house...

I'm still trying to figure out the whole photo thing on my kindle. The problem is, I can't get on to manage my blog from my kindle, but all my pictures are on it, too. I'm thinking about selling the kindle and getting an IPad. Those things have just come down in price so I'm putting alot of thought into it. I have done so much around here and I have made sure to take before and after photos so I can share with y'all all of my hard work. Right now my project for this week has been my sun room. It seriously needed help because it had become my "junk" room. I think I will have it somewhat finished tonight, but might have to finish tomorrow. I have also been buying paint so I can repaint it. I went into the hardware store the other day and found a can of semi-gloss paint that was on clearance. It was originally $24 and I bought it for $5. It was a mess up in the color. I asked them to keep adding yellow to it and got the color I was looking for. I'm excited to start the painting, but I am afraid that is going to have to wait a couple of weeks. But at least I'm getting all of the "junk" out of the room for now and getting it set up the way I want it. My husband has also been working on a project for me. He's making me one of those benches where the lid comes up and you can use the inside of it for storage, etc etc. I'm excited to show all of this to y'all.
I hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend. Our schedule is full with Easter egg hunts and Easter family dinners.

Oh, poor Madelyn! Kait is excited for July to come so she can use her front teeth...lol. These girls!
Why can't you access your blog from the kindle? Is it a system issue, or no Wi-Fi? Just curious, cause I'm planning to get a kindle. My dad loves his Fire, and with my book obsession, I think it would be a wise purchase. But...I'd have to be able to blog from it, otherwise it might not be as enticing to me.
