Random Pictures

I know that it has been awhile since I have posted, but we've had b-day party's and dr. appt., getting ready for thanksgiving, etc. etc. I thought that I would post a few random pictures up here. This week we are getting ready for the Dewhurst Thanksgiving Dinner that is at our house. And then me, Chris' aunt Penny, cousin Erin & Shannon go shopping very early on Friday. I am very excited.

Here is my wonderful little boy, Joshua. He has a b-day coming up in January. It's so hard to believe that he is almost 3yr. old. He is so cute, but very very mishevious and ornery all the time.
Back a couple of months ago, me and Madelyn went with my mom to a lady's luncheon at her church. I had one of the ladies to take a picture of us. I thought it was pretty good. My smile is a little cornie, but oh well. We had fun and that's what matters.

I bought this pink shawl for Madelyn at a second hand store for .50. She loves to wear it. She wanted me to take her picture and this is how she posed all by herself. I did not tell her how to pose at all. She looks like a teen model.

Another pose. She is so cute and beautiful. I guess I'm just a little partial. She is only 4yrs. old. And trust me she acts much older.

I am very thankful for my family. They are very precious to me and many times I don't say thank you enough, but I want them all to know how much I love them and appreciate them. You guys mean all the world to me.

My great deals

I went to a second hand store today and found a few deals and then went to the show show a found an awesome deal. This skirt here I got for myself for $1
The shawl for Madelyn was $.50 and the sweater for Joshua was $1

The sweater and the bluejean dress was $1 a piece.

I found these boots at shoe show. They were $40 boots and I paid $9. I love them.

I am going to try to post some pictures tonight of some of the kids clothes that I want to sell. I was going to put them on e-bay, but I thought I would see if there is anyone out there that would want them first. The sizes would be girls 4/5 & 5T and boys 2-3T. I will double check on the sizes when I post.

Update on Maveryk

Maveryk is home and doing wonderful. They never found out what he really had. Everything was coming back negative. The doctors said that they may never find out what was wrong, could have just been a small virus that needed to run its course. He has gained 5oz in the last week. We are all so happy and thank God daily for touching him.

Trick or Treating

Madelyn & Joshua in their Halloween costumes. Madelyn wanted to be Cinderella and Joshua- Superman. I had to end up getting that turtleneck for Madelyn because she said the dress was itching her. They had fun and got loads of candy. They went with their cousins and then at the campgrounds where Dad works. It was a great time. (Madelyn's hair was done up in a curly bun and I thought I got a picture of it, but didn't. It looked really cute)

Maveryk is very sick

Maveryk went in for his well check up on Tuesday. Everything was fine. Wednesday morning, he went to be circumsized and he was running a 101 temp and struggling to breath. They put him in an oxygen tent, but even with that his oxygen was still not at 100%. They started running all kinds of test and everything was coming back normal. The doctor called the children's hospital in Columbus, OH and they feel like with everything coming back normal, that he probably has H1N1 and they are catching it when it had just started. They wanted to life line him to children's hospital, but no helicoptors were available. So they sent the mobil ICU to get him. They have him stable and he seems to be doing much better. They have started rounds of the tama flu shots. I do believe that God has touched him. It was very scary last night, and it is still scary for all of us until he is home and much better. Please continue to pray for him. He is 8days old.

Newest Arrival to the Dewhurst Family

Here is the newest arrival to the Dewhurst Family: Maveryck Scott Lisle 6lbs 9oz. Born on Tues. Oct. 20th, 2009 at 3:08pm. This is his sister Rylee (not sure what she is doing with her eyes). She is the little mommy and she is so cute and sweet with her new brother. We absolutely love him. He loves his Aunt Constance the best. :-)

He had just had a bath, so we didn't want to unwrap him very much. Will have more pictures after this weekend.
