My great deals

Here are my great deals for the week. I wanted a carharrt coat for Joshua for this winter really bad. I got this one off of e-bay, shipping and everything for $30.51
I also got the kid's halloween costumes. Joshua's I got it for $0.99 + $6.00 (shipping) on e-bay, Madelyn's came from Old Navy for $10.00. As you can imagine, I am very happy. I still have to get Madelyn a winter coat and I am still working on that one.
A closer look at Joshua's. You can't see on this picture, but on the costume the feet are open. I don't know what to do for him on shoes. I don't want him to look geeky, with him just wearing tennis shoes and the frog costume. Would anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
A closer look at Madelyn's. She is very excited about this and ask if she can wear it to church all the time. :-)
Well, tomorrow we are heading to Rutland to see Chris' grandparents and then the Southerlands are in revival about 5 min. from there, so we will go and hear them on Fri. night and Sat. night. And then also on Sat. Me, Mom, and the kids are going to the Bob Evans Farm Festival. I will have pictures come Sun. or Mon. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'm just a lurker but felt I should comment. I'm really confused. Not to be rude or anything but, aren't you supposed to be Christians? I thought you folks were holiness? I thought Christians shouldn't celebrate Halloween.

I have a response to your comment lurker. Or should I call you Coward, since you are commenting anonymously? My response is much to big for this little box. Please come over to my blog.

You had better watch what toilet paper is throwed in your yard or trees as it might be made by the wrong company and it could be done and cause the witches to get caught as they fly over that persons place. LOL
My parents were as conservated as some others but they let us dress up and go through our small village. My mother as a joke dressed up and went to one of the neighbor lady's place and grabbed a whole lot of candy out of the bowl. The neighbor lady called my mother a "hog". Those 2 ladies laughed about the hog calling till that lady drew her last breath.
I believe if you tie down your children too much then they are going to rebell a lot more.
If the person feels that it is wrong then PRAY that God will show us all how and why it is wrong.
Thanks for letting me voice my thoughts on this
