Our new arrival - Joel Andrew
On tuesday morning, Dec. 13, I went to the hospital at 6am. At 7am, they broke my water and gave me patossun (not sure if that's spelled right). I immediately started contractions every so often. They ended up coming every 3-5minutes apart. I asked for th epidural and the moment they got it in (without the medicine dripping yet) it was time for me to start pushing. I had to go through it all with nothing. Thankfully I didn't have to push that long. Maybe 10 minutes. He arrived at 9:55am, weighing in at 8lbs 6.6oz. 21-1/2 in. long. He is such a wonderful wonderful baby. I thank God for a wonderful delivery and the safe arrival of our third blessing.
