This picture describes my week quite well. I need to find a picture of a tornado, because one seriously went through my house this week. Ever had one of those week, where it seems you cannot get anything accomplished. It seemed I would get Joshua calmed down and Madelyn fell or something was going wrong. Then I would get her okay, and then Joshua would start crying again. So I found this picture and it was me all week. Laundry clear past my head. I think I have it pretty much caught up. Anyway hope you guys have a good weekend.

Just a word
We have been away for a week. We went to my parents house. We got in last night at about 10pm. Today is Sunday and I feel very stressed. Luggage is everywhere, Madelyn is in a really bad grabby mood and Joshua is cutting teeth. Between saving the egg before it gets cracked on the floor by Madelyn and the constant crying of Joshua, I think I might be doing my blog from the crazy ward at the hospital before it is all over. In the midst of it all, they are wonderful kids and I love them.
Swimming in the pool
When we went to mom and dad's house, we took the car because it was cheaper in gas, but it has no air conditioner. I looked back and was able to snap this picture. Madelyn was really getting mad because the wind was blowing her hair everywhere. It was quite funny.

My brother was in from Florida and so while we were all together, we went swimming at my parent's friends house. It was a huge in groun pool. It was a blast.
Here is Mom and Dad with Madelyn.
Mom and Madelyn
Dad and Madelyn. And it looks like someone is splashing in the back.
Joshua really did not care for the water. So here he is chillin' in the little sitting toy.
And his carseat on the swing. He is getting so big. It is hard to believe he will be five months old on the 21st of this month.
Here is Madelyn in the turtle float. She had a blast in the water.
They put this little slide out for her so she could slid into the water. I think she did this the most. Although she did go down the big slide a few times. She put her float ring around her and went down it. She loved every minute of it. She kept saying after we left. "I want to go swimming."

Madelyn's 2nd birthday
Madelyn's all time favorite character is Dora the explorer. So of course the party was in Dora. Mom's friend made the cake. I thought it was really cute and it was really good, too.
She got everything Dora I believe that there is to get. Right here, she is in a Dora chair with a Dora umbrella.
It was so windy that day, that she tried to blow out her candle, but the wind did it for her before she got to it.
This of course was the table with all of the presents. It was really funny, she would open a gift and throw it on the ground and go around the table and pick another gift to open.
The birthday girl!
A lady in our church got her this picnic table for her birthday. I think I love it more than she does.
The next day, my parents had to leave to go back home. Madelyn did not want them to go. She kept saying, "I want to go." So I packed her a suitcase and let her go home with them. We were going to go to their house in a couple of days anyways, so she just went early.
